A 7-Eleven is about 128 m away and the Roi Kan restaurant in Wat Yan about 178 m away, so it is an easy walk to pick up what you need.
A large 10 × 12 m pool and a children's pool
The swimming pool measures 10 × 12 m and is 120–160 cm deep — very spacious for a large group — with both a children's pool and a slide to enjoy.
With such a wide pool, a large group can swim all at once without crowding.
Bedrooms and a gathering space
Three bedrooms: the first has a 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom, the second a 5-foot bed, and the third two 3.5-foot beds, plus extra bedding in the form of mattresses and duvets.
There is a karaoke room and a pool table for singing and playing through the big group's evenings.
A fully equipped kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked — plates, bowls, knives, chopping boards, pots, pans, a mortar, a rice cooker and a microwave, right down to a wine opener and wine glasses — just bring your own seasonings.
The property is fully fenced with security staff on duty around the clock, 24 hours a day.
