Two pools in one garden
The heart of Seascape is the outdoor terrace laid out with two pools: a large pool of 2.25 × 8 metres and 1.6 metres deep for adults, and a children's pool of 2 × 2 metres and 1 metre deep that parents can watch at all times, so children can splash about with peace of mind.
A slide adds to the fun, and a barbecue corner invites everyone to gather in the evening. The home sits in the private Naka Vari village, quieter than the main road.
Lounge area and karaoke
Inside, the home is pleasantly air-conditioned, with a smart TV in the living room and YouTube karaoke for a singalong. Basic amenities such as a hairdryer, towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided.
For longer stays of 3 nights or more, bed linen and towels are changed free of charge; for stays of fewer than 3 nights, only the rubbish bags are replaced.
Bedrooms and bedding
The first bedroom has two 5-foot beds and uses the shared bathroom near the living area, while the second bedroom has two 5-foot beds and one 3.5-foot bunk bed, with an en-suite bathroom opening onto the pool.
This layout is flexible enough for large families or big groups of friends.
Kitchen and barbecue meals
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, a blender, a microwave, a toaster and a 30-kilogram ice bucket, ideal for cooking together as a group. We recommend bringing your own seasonings.
Extra charcoal and ice can be ordered until 17:00. Restaurants and convenience stores are not far from the village.
A sample day here

Good to know before you stay
- The damage deposit cannot be paid by transfer; cash only, so please bring cash.
- The home is in Naka Vari village, where the car registration must be reported each time; please provide your car registration in advance.
- Up to 3 cars can park in front of the house; beyond 3 cars there is an extra charge of 100 baht per car, up to a maximum of 5 cars, and buses cannot be parked.
- There are 2 children's life jackets but no adult life jackets; please supervise children while they swim.
- Noise outside the house is allowed until 22:00; inside the house it is allowed throughout at a moderate level.
- Children under 8 years old stay free, up to 3 children.
- Small pets are accepted at 300 baht per pet/night and large pets at 500 baht per pet/night.
- For stays of 3 nights or more, bed linen and towels are changed free of charge; for stays of fewer than 3 nights, only the rubbish bags are replaced.
- Early check-in or late check-out is charged at 500 baht per hour, subject to there being no following guests.
