Bangsaen area where everything is close by

The strong point of this house is its location, 200 meters from the sea and 140 meters from the road down Bang Saen Beach. Rooming Café is about 40 meters away, Lotus Go Fresh Bang Saen Lang is about 60 meters, 7-Eleven is about 120 meters, and Siam Commercial Bank. Bang Saen branch approximately 130 meters.

If the car needs to fill up with gas, there is a PTT about 220 meters away and a Watthanaphon Clinic about 310 meters away. Convenience like this makes for a short trip without having to prepare a lot of things.

Adult pool and children's pool

The swimming pool measures 4 × 8 meters and is 150 cm. deep. The children's pool is 60 cm. deep, clearly separated, and adults can swim to their fullest potential. Small children also have their own safe water play area.
