Pratamnak Night Market is about 26 meters from the house, Buckys about 40 meters, and the 7-Eleven at Pratamnak Soi 5 Yaek 4 about 120 meters, so you can simply walk out for dinner. The sea is 350 m away.

Four cars can park in front of the house, so groups arriving in several cars don't have to scatter to park far away.

Three bedrooms for 8–10 guests

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two 5-foot beds.

If you need more sleeping space, there's a 3-foot extra mattress (for 1 extra guest) at 1,000 baht. Children under 6 stay free.

The kitchen, and washing up before you leave

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, an ice bucket, a mortar, a microwave and a steamer. Please bring your own seasonings.

Please clean the kitchen equipment and dishes before checking out; otherwise a 500 baht service fee applies.

House rules to know

No smoking inside the house, and no pets of any kind. No loud noise outside the house or around the pool after 22:00.

No illegal items of any kind may be brought in. If the authorities find any, guests are fully responsible for whatever consequences fall on the house.

Check-in is from 14:00 onward and check-out is at 11:00. Late check-out is charged at 1,000 baht per hour.
