Villa Paramount 7 phase 2 in Nakhon Nayok splits the sleeping space evenly across all three rooms, with two 6-foot beds per room, accommodating 12–14 guests. By day there's a 1.2-meter-deep pool with a kids' step zone, and in the evening there's a grill in the kitchen to use.

Three bedrooms with equal sleeping space

Every bedroom in this house has the same two 6-foot beds. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have regular beds, while bedroom 3 has bunk beds. This layout makes it easy to give a room to each family or each couple.

There are 3 bathrooms with hot water, and the house provides towels, a hair dryer, shampoo and shower cream.

A day at the house: pool, beanbags and grill

The pool measures 3–5 × 7 meters, with a deep section of 1.2 meters and a step dividing off a kids' zone 0.6 meters deep. Those who don't get in the water can lounge on the poolside beanbags.

In the evening, move to the kitchen, which has a grill and a gas stove, pots, pans, a rice cooker, a microwave, an electric kettle, a mortar, and a full set of plates, bowls, spoons and glasses. Everything must be washed properly after use; if the dishes are not cleaned, there is a cleaning fee of 500–1,000 baht.

Getting there, parking and bringing your dog

Parking is in front of the house for 3–4 cars, so if you're coming in several cars, agree in advance on how many cars to bring. Along the way there's the Pornsiri Petroleum gas station about 2.3 km from the house and Krua Ban Na restaurant about 2.2 km away.

The house accepts small-breed dogs at 500 baht per dog, extra guests are charged 500 baht per person, and there is a 5,000 baht security deposit.
