In the heart of Sattahip, with everything within walking distance
PPM is in the Sattahip–Samae San area, about 7 kilometres from the sea, but it makes up for this with a very convenient location.
A garden restaurant near the house is only about 20 m away, Mini Big C Sattahip Plaza about 328 m, and the Sensiri fresh market about 354 m, so it is easy to pop out for something to eat.
A tiered pool and a children's pool
The swimming pool measures 4 × 6 m with a sloping depth of 1.25–1.3 m, plus a 70 cm-deep children's pool and children's life jackets provided.
Beside the pool are tables, chairs and a fan, a comfortable spot to sit and catch the breeze in the evening.
Bedrooms and entertainment
Three bedrooms: the first has two 6-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom, and the third a 6-foot bed — three bathrooms in all.
There is a karaoke room and a pool table for singing and playing on after meals, ideal for large groups getting together.
A fully equipped kitchen
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket — just bring your own seasonings.
The villa provides soap and shampoo; other personal items are best brought along.

Good to know before you stay

- Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00; after that, continue indoors with the doors and windows properly closed.
- Small pets welcome, 300 THB per animal per night (up to 2).
- No smoking inside the villa; a 2,000 THB fine if any smell is detected.
- No illegal items of any kind are permitted (if the authorities find any, the guest is responsible for whatever befalls the villa in every case).
- Do not wear colour-bleeding clothing in the pool; if the water changes colour, a 3,000 THB fine applies.
- Please wash the kitchen equipment before check-out; if inconvenient, a 500–1,000 THB service charge applies.
- Once booked, no refunds are given under any circumstances.
- To postpone the stay, give at least 14 days' notice; a rescheduling fee of 1,500 THB applies in every case.
- For walk-ins, a deposit must be paid in advance.
