A tiered pool and an activity area
The swimming pool measures 4 × 6 m with a sloping depth of 1.25–1.3 m and children's life jackets provided, ideal for families bringing children along.
Around the house are a slide and a barbecue corner, comfortably handling a large group's activities.

Three bedrooms: the first has two 6-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom, and the third a 6-foot bed — three bathrooms in all.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a rice cooker, an ice bucket and a microwave — just bring your own seasonings.

- No smoking inside the villa; a 2,000 THB fine if any smell is detected.

- Do not wear colour-bleeding clothing in the pool; if the water changes colour, a 3,000 THB fine applies.

- Once booked, no refunds are given under any circumstances.
- To postpone the stay, give at least 14 days' notice; a rescheduling fee of 1,500 THB applies in every case.
