House in the project with convenient parking
The house is opposite Na Jomtien Beach - Huai Yai, approximately 6 kilometers from the sea. Focus on staying in the house. The scaffolding restaurant is approximately 160 meters away, Mae La-or Market is approximately 390 meters, Mini Big C is approximately 550 meters, and Pattaya City Park is approximately 820 meters.
Parking is the central parking area of the project. The Villa side can accommodate up to 37 cars, the Resort side can accommodate up to 21 cars, for a total of 58 cars.
Salt and chlorine pools
Pool size 4 × 8 meters, depth 1.20 meters, salt and chlorine system. The house has 2 children's life jackets.
Can be used loudly outside the house until 10:00 p.m. and inside the house all night. But please lower your voice.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor, has a 6 foot bed and 2 3.5 foot beds with its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 on the upper floor has a 6 foot bed and 3.5 foot bed and has its own bathroom. Bedroom 3 and 4 are also on the upper floor. The fourth bedroom has a 6-foot bed and three 3.5-foot beds.
