Home for large group trips It's not a house walking into the sea.
Villa Pool lay A4 is located opposite Na Jomtien Beach - Huai Yai, approximately 6 kilometers from the sea, so it is a house designed to be spent mainly in the house. It's not a house that can walk down to the beach.
Its strength lies in the size of the group that can accommodate from 15 to 20 people, suitable for family gatherings. Or a company trip that wants to rent one house with everyone under one roof.
4 × 8 meter pool with slide for fun lovers
Swimming pool size 4 × 8 meters, depth 1.20 meters, a level that adults can stand up to. And older children can play under supervision. The pool uses a salt and chlorine system. The slides keep the kids occupied all afternoon.
The house provides two children's life jackets. Families with several small children should bring their own flotation devices.
Four bedrooms spread both downstairs and upstairs.
Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor, has one 6-foot bed and two 3.5-foot beds, with its own bathroom. Suitable for older adults who don't want to climb the stairs. The second bedroom on the first right-hand floor has a 6-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed each, with its own bathroom as well.
Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 are on the upper floor. Both rooms are not listed as having their own bathrooms. Therefore, they use one common bathroom together. The group bathing schedule should be arranged in advance.
Karaoke, pool table and sound
The house has karaoke and a pool table for those nights when you don't want to go anywhere. Can be used loudly outside the house until 10:00 p.m., but inside the house can be used all night. But please lower your voice. In order not to disturb neighbors in the project
There is Wi-Fi and a grill for dinner by the pool. The house gives you 1 bag of charcoal and 1 bag of ice (10 kilograms per bag) from the day of your stay.
Kitchen, parking and things near the house
The kitchen has a gas stove, pans, pots, rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave and kettle. Complete with plates, bowls and cutlery. Parking is the central parking area of the project. The Villa side can accommodate up to 37 cars, the Resort side can accommodate up to 21 cars, for a total of 58 cars.
Within walking distance, there are restaurants with scaffolding about 160 meters away, Mae La-or Market about 390 meters, Mini Big C about 550 meters, and Pattaya City Park about 820 meters.
