Villa pool lay resort is located opposite Na Jomtien Beach - Huai Yai, approximately 7.1 kilometers from the sea. The house states that it is a resort style house. There are 32 bedrooms open for accommodation.
Near the house there is a restaurant with scaffolding about 162 meters away, Mae La-Or Market about 385 meters and Mini Big C about 553 meters away. You can buy small things without having to drive far.
18 meter long pool and slide

The house has karaoke and 2 floating microphones. There is also an iron, safe, hair dryer, and supplies such as towels, soap, and shampoo.
Sound outside the home can be used until 10:00 PM. After that, close the door completely. Then you can continue using the sound within the room.
Grill and parking

- Early check-in is charged 500 baht per hour (in case there are no guests staying the next day)
- Check-out after the specified time is not allowed. In case of exceeding the time, the charge will be 500 baht per hour.
- The security deposit is refunded no later than 3:00 PM on the day of check-out. When there is no damage and every piece of equipment within the house is in its original condition.
