A house for staying in the fence all day
The R2 Poolvilla is located opposite North Pattaya Beach, 5 km from the sea, so it is not a house that is convenient for walking along the beach. But designed to keep all activities within the home itself.
Around the house there are still necessary things nearby. Bangkok Bank ATM is 233 meters away, 7-Eleven is 238 meters away and Eastiny Park 2 is 318 meters away.
6 × 13 meter pool with 16 meter long slide
The large pool measures 6 × 13 meters and is 1.50 meters deep, wide enough for dozens of people to play at the same time. The 16-meter long slide is where children and teenagers often line up to have fun.
For small children, there is a separate children's pool 80 cm deep. Parents can sit and watch without having to go into the water all the time.
Seven bedrooms, all en suite.
The 1st floor has bedroom 1 with 2 6-foot beds and bedroom 2 with 2 5-foot beds. The 2nd floor has bedrooms 3 to 6, with rooms 4 and 5 having bathrooms with bathtubs. As for the seventh bedroom, it is a 2-story master room with a 6-foot bed, 1 bed on each floor.
Every room has its own bathroom. No need to wait in line in the morning. This is very important when the house accommodates 20–25 people.
Arcade game cabinet, karaoke and pool table
The house has 4,000 arcade games, a pool table and karaoke with two microphones. Outside the house there is a Bluetooth speaker and a microphone.
About the noise according to the rules of the house Outside, the sound can be used until 10:00 p.m. Inside, the door can be closed and the sound can be used all night.
Kitchen and extras for large group dinners
The kitchen has plates, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, a mortar and pestle, a microwave and a rice cooker. There are two ice buckets, sizes 100 liters and 130 liters.
The free gift includes 3 small bags of grilling charcoal and 2 large bags of ice. If that's not enough, you can order more. The shop collects money at the work site. Please order before 6 p.m.
