The R2 Poolvilla (little) is a three-bedroom, second-floor villa on the side opposite North Pattaya Beach, for 10–12 guests, with a 4,000-game arcade cabinet, a slide, a kids' pool, and many kinds of shops no more than about 300 meters away.

A neighborhood with all the essentials
The villa is 5.1 kilometers from the sea, so it focuses on relaxing at the villa, but nearly every facility is around you. Eastiny Park 2 is about 101 meters away, Bangkok Bank about 230 meters, Wanasin Market about 244 meters, CJ Supermarket about 251 meters and CJ More about 255 meters.
Pinky Dental Clinic is about 259 meters away, Watsons at Wanasin Market about 270 meters, and Heng Heng Mookata about 274 meters, with a Shell gas station about 681 meters away.
A 3 × 7 meter pool, a 4-meter slide and a kids' pool
The adult pool measures 3 × 7 meters and is 1.20 meters deep, with a 4-meter slide for adults and older children to enjoy.
The separate kids' pool is 80 cm deep, so parents can let small children splash around while keeping an easy eye on them.
All three bedrooms are on the 2nd floor
All 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and every room has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds, bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, and bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed.
Every room has a hair dryer and a water heater. Anyone who finds stairs difficult should know that all the bedrooms are upstairs.
Arcade cabinet, karaoke and pool table
The 4,000-game arcade cabinet is the highlight that kids and adults can play together all night. Inside, karaoke and a pool table add to the fun.
Loud outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00, so at night it's best to move the fun inside.
Kitchen, grill and freebies
The kitchen has plates and bowls, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, knives, a stove, a mortar and pestle, a barbecue grill, a shabu pot, an electric stove and an ice bucket.
A free large bag of ice (about 5 unit bags) and 2 small bags of grilling charcoal are included. If it isn't enough, you can order more and the shop will collect payment on site (please order before 6 in the evening).
