Sea Point is located in Jomtien Beach, 250 meters from the sea, so it's easy to divide up your day. In the afternoon, go for a walk along the beach. In the afternoon, come back and soak in your own pool. No need to compete for space with anyone.
Around the house, there are still daily necessities close at hand. FamilyMart is approximately 99 meters away, Nang Nuan Restaurant is 102 meters away, an ATM is 139 meters away, and the Jomtien Medical Clinic is 183 meters away. If you forget a small item, you don't have to worry.
Gradient pool, children's pool, and slide
The large pool measures 5 × 10 meters and ranges in depth from 80–140 cm. Adults can swim in it. As for young children, playing at the shallow end is more reassuring. There is also a separate children's pool, size 2 × 2 meters, 70 cm deep, and a slide for added fun.

And there is a hair dryer in every room.
A total of 16 people can sleep on the bed. For those who come in excess, a 5-inch thick rubber mattress or topper will be added. One thing you should definitely know is that the fifth bedroom does not have an ensuite bathroom. Groups planning to house older adults in this room should arrange the room accordingly.
Living room, karaoke and pool table
The home has five TVs, YouTube karaoke and a pool table, perfect for nights when the group wants to get together without going out. There is a water heater for use after entering the pool.
There are clear rules regarding sound. You can use the sound outside until 10:00 p.m. After that, you can move in and use the sound inside the house all night. By closing the door properly And do not bring stereos or speakers outside the house around the pool.
Outdoor kitchen for big meals
The house has an outside kitchen. Complete cooking equipment including plates, bowls, spoons, glasses, microwave, electric stove, gas stove and toaster. The 200 liter ice bucket can hold a lot of drinks.
After finishing cooking or eating We ask that food scraps be left in the containers or bags provided. And wash it properly to prevent ants and insects.
