Things to know first: There is no beach.

There is no beach and the sea is unplayable. You have to travel from the house to Bang Saen Beach for approximately 6 km. Therefore, this house is suitable for groups who intend to spend mainly time at home. and take the car to the beach when you want to go

Near the house, there is Jae Nong's Kitchen, about 70 meters away, Lokuttham Prathip Foundation, about 240 meters, and 7-Eleven, The Grand Casa Ang Sila branch, about 410 meters away.

Adult pool, children's zone and slide

The adult zone pool size is 5 × 9 meters, 150 cm deep, while the children's zone is 60 cm deep, separated to allow adults to swim fully. And children can play in the shallow water comfortably.

The house has a slide for fun lovers. Up to 3 children under 6 years old stay free and can use the poolside sound until 10 PM (10:00 p.m.), after which they can continue using the sound indoors all night.

Karaoke, pool table and central hall

Inside the house there is karaoke and a pool table. It is the main activity of the evening. When the noise by the pool turns off at 10:00 p.m., you can move into the house.

Bathroom number 5 is in the central hall of the house.

Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 have 6-foot beds with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 has 5 5-foot beds and bunk beds. Bedroom 5 is on the second floor and has 2 6-foot beds.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom.

The kitchen has an electric stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, coffee mugs, a mortar, pestle, blender, rice cooker, microwave, hot water kettle, and oil-free fryer. Toaster oven, shabu oven, barbecue grill, wine glasses, champagne glasses, and 80 liter ice bucket.

There is parking for 4 cars in front of the house, and the house accepts dogs and cats, 300–500 baht each, depending on size. Other pets are also accepted. Please bring a cage.
