A private pool facing the sea
This home sits right by Bang Saray Beach, only 20 metres from the sea; step out of the house and you can walk to the shore. It has a private swimming pool of 3.30 × 3.50 metres, 1.5 metres deep, with novelty floats to play with.
The surroundings are full of beachfront restaurants and the Bang Saray fresh seafood market, all within a few minutes' walk.
The whole house is pleasantly cool
The interior is air-conditioned throughout, with a pool table for socialising, a Smart TV for YouTube and karaoke, plus a washing machine and water heater.
It is a well-balanced home for groups of friends or small families who want to spend time together both indoors and by the pool.
Two bedrooms
The first bedroom has two 6-foot beds, while the second bedroom has a 5-foot and a 3.5-foot bed; every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
If there are more than 8 guests, there is also an extra sleeping area in the air-conditioned living room.
Kitchen and barbecue corner
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, rice cooker and barbecue grill, plus a 40–60 litre ice bucket for barbecue meals by the pool.
Extra charcoal and ice can be ordered at the house, and beachfront seafood restaurants are only about 25 metres away.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- Narcotics of any kind are not allowed in the house.
- Large speakers or sound systems must not be played outside, and playing audio from cars is strictly prohibited.
- Guests beyond 8 sleep in the extra space in the living room (air-conditioned) on a sofa bed or mattress.
- Noise outside the house (balcony and pool) is allowed until 21:00, with no outdoor noise from 21:30; inside the house it is allowed all night with doors and windows closed tightly.
- Children under 8 years old stay free, up to 2 children.
- Parking for 2 cars, 1 inside the house and 1 outside, with unlimited public parking by the sea.
