A villa for time at home
The villa is 4.5 km from the sea, so it is not a walk-to-the-sea villa, but its strength is the shops nearby: Roi Kan is about 208 metres away, 7-Eleven about 270 metres and Greta Farm about 556 metres.
The beaches in the villa listing are Ban Amphur Beach at 5 kilometres, Bang Saray Beach at 8 kilometres and Jomtien Beach at 15 kilometres. If you want to go to the sea, arrange a vehicle.
A private pool and a straight slide
The private swimming pool is 4 × 7 metres and 1.3 metres deep, with a 4.2-metre straight slide that children and adults can both enjoy.
There is a barbecue grill around the villa for poolside dinners, ideal for groups who like to cook together.
3 bedrooms, en-suite bathroom in every room
All three bedrooms are on the ground floor. Room 1 has one 5-ft bed, rooms 2 and 3 each have two 5-ft beds, and every room has an en-suite bathroom.
With every room on one level, older guests and young children do not have to climb stairs.
Kitchen and amenities
The kitchen has a mortar and pestle, chopping boards, knives, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, an electric stove and a barbecue grill, with a variety of glasses including wine glasses, beer glasses and coffee mugs.
The villa provides towels and a hair dryer. Parking: 1 car inside the villa and another 2–3 cars in front.
Pets and sound
Pets are welcome, small and large, but there are clear rules: pets must not go in the pool, get on the beds, chew the furniture or climb on the sofa and pool table, and please clean up after them.
Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00.
