Sunset House Poolvilla: A 4.2-metre slide and room for 10–15 guests

Private pool with a slide

The private pool measures 4 × 7 metres and is 1.3 metres deep, with a 4.2-metre straight slide so older kids and fun-loving adults can glide right in. Those who prefer a relaxed dip can float at the far end of the pool.

The house is about 4.5 kilometres from the sea, so this is a trip centred on staying in and playing in the water. For those who want to explore further, the house lists nearby attractions such as Nong Nooch Garden, Wat Yan and the Pattaya Floating Market (Four Regions).

All three bedrooms on the ground floor

Bedroom 1 has one 5-foot bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two 5-foot beds. All rooms are on the 1st floor and every room has an en-suite bathroom, so older guests and small children do not have to use the stairs.

Amenities provided are towels and a hair dryer.

Karaoke and pool table

The house has karaoke through YouTube and a pool table, great for groups who want to split into teams and compete after dinner. Outdoor sound may be used until 22:00, after which the fun should move indoors.

Kitchen with barbecue grill

The kitchen has a mortar and pestle, a chopping board, knives, plates, bowls, spoons, a basin for washing vegetables, drinking glasses, wine glasses, beer glasses, coffee cups, pots, pans, a refrigerator, an ice bucket, a microwave, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, an electric stove and a barbecue grill.

The house includes 1 bag each of ice and charcoal. If you need more, ice and charcoal are the same price, 50 baht per bag.

Pets can come along

The house accepts both small and large pets, but has fairly clear rules about the pool, beds and furniture. Those bringing their pets should read the details in the notes section below before booking.
