A villa for groups who want poolside bedrooms and a 6-leg snooker table to play on after meals. It is about 11 kilometres from the sea, so the focus is on relaxing around the villa.

11 kilometres from the sea, with the focus on staying in
Hawkeye is on the side opposite Ban Amphur-Wat Yan Beach, about 11 kilometres from the sea, and sleeps 10–15 guests. It is not a villa to walk to the sea from, but puts the emphasis on the pool and the entertainment zone at the villa.
The restaurant Miang Kham Tuean Jai is about 1.6 kilometres away and CJ More, Chak Ngaeo branch, is about 1.7 kilometres away, so bring food and supplies with you.
3.5 × 7.5 metre pool and poolside bedrooms
The pool measures 3.5 × 7.5 metres and is 1.5 metres deep, with a slide and 3 children's life jackets. If you need more, the villa has them, so please tell the housekeeper on the check-in day.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are poolside rooms, each with one 6-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bunk bed, with an en-suite bathroom.
A third bedroom for the kids and friends
Bedroom 3 has bunk beds: the lower level has two 6-foot beds (left and right) and the upper level has two 3.5-foot beds (left and right), ideal for children or friends sharing.
The bathroom for this room is in the zone next to the karaoke room, and there are 3 water heaters.
Snooker table, karaoke and noise rules
The entertainment zone has a 6-leg snooker table, 1 smart TV in the karaoke room area, and YouTube karaoke.
Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00, and indoor sound is allowed throughout. Please close the doors and keep the volume down.
Indoor kitchen, outdoor kitchen and parking
There are both an outdoor kitchen and an indoor kitchen, with plates, bowls, spoons, pots, pans, a gas stove, a barbecue grill, knives, a mortar and pestle, glasses, a blender, a microwave and a medium ice bucket. Please bring your own seasonings.
Parking for 2–3 cars behind the villa, inside the rear fence, and buses can park there. The parking area at the back is next to the villa itself.
