The 7 × 4 meter swimming pool, 150 cm deep, comes with a 50 cm children's pool and a slide, so adults and young children can swim at the same time with peace of mind. Jomtien's sea is just 350 meters away.

Inside, every room has air conditioning and there is YouTube karaoke. For stays of 3 nights or more, the house changes the bed linens and towels free of charge.

- Noise is allowed until 24:00; after 24:00, please lower the noise.
- Early check-in or late check-out is charged at 500 THB per hour (when there is no incoming guest).
- The house deposit is accepted in cash only, no transfers.
