Three-bedroom house for 10–12 people in the area opposite Jomtien Beach. There is a 5 meter long slide, a jacuzzi and a 65 inch smart TV. The house rules are written in detail. Guests therefore know in advance what they can and cannot do.

Sloping pool and long slide
The house is opposite Jomtien Beach, 6.9 km from the sea, so it is a house that emphasizes staying by the pool rather than walking down to the beach. Pool size 4.5 × 8 meters, depth 90–150 cm., sloping pool floor. and a 5 meter long slide
Children's life jackets are provided. As for the rubber ring, if it leaks or breaks, there will be a fine as determined by the house. Therefore, it should be used carefully.
Three bedrooms and an outdoor bathroom.
Bedroom 1: 6-foot bed and 3.5-foot bunk bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: 6-foot bed with en-suite bathroom with tub. Sleeps 2 people if extra mattress is added. This room needs 2 additional places.
Bedroom 3 has a 6-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bunk bed. The bunk bed can be moved out to accommodate another person and has an outside bathroom.
Amenities in the house
There is a 65-inch large-screen smart TV, Jacuzzi bathtub, and water heater. Automatic remote control doors allow for easy entry and exit. There is an iron and a hair dryer.
The house does not allow bringing in your own sound system. Because there is a rule prohibiting bringing equipment that makes loud noises. Except for what the house has provided.
Kitchen for big meals
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, cutting boards, knives, knife holders, scissors, tongs, rice cookers, mortars, microwaves, papaya salad mortars, ice buckets, and range hoods.

Good to know before you stay
- Once reserved, cannot be canceled. and cannot request a refund in any case
- Home security deposit 4,000 baht, payable on the day of arrival. You can get it back on the day of departure if nothing inside the house is damaged.
- Do not bring equipment or audio sets that cause loud noise into the house in any case. except for those provided by the house.
- Do not move furniture, speakers, stereos, tables, cabinets, beds, chairs, sofas (except kitchenware). If found to be moving or damaged, a minimum fine of 2,000 baht will apply.
- Do not bring food and drinks to eat in the pool. If food scraps or water changes are found, a fine of 3,000 baht will be imposed.
- Smoking is prohibited in every room of the house. If you find cigarette butts or the smell of cigarettes, you will be fined 2,000 baht.
- Do not bring pets of any kind into the house. In the case of bringing pets to stay, there is a fine of 3,000 baht.
- Do not bring drugs or illegal substances into the residence. If found, officials will be notified and legal action will be taken.
- Outsiders not listed in the number of guests are not allowed. Entering the residence area If found, a fine of 1,000 baht per person or the entire security deposit will be seized.
- In the event of a power outage, water not flowing, or Wi-Fi broken by outside agencies The family cannot control or take responsibility. But we will rush to coordinate quickly.
