Close to the sea, with essentials within a little over a hundred meters
The villa is in the Jomtien Beach area, 200 meters from the sea. A walk along the beach on the way out and a shopping stop on the way back are both possible without using a car.
VooDoo Restaurant and Pub is about 105 meters away, the 7-Eleven Jomtien Marine Beach branch about 149 meters, an ATM about 162 meters, and the Jomtien Doctors Clinic about 163 meters, so food, supplies, cash and basic care are all covered if you need them.
Adult pool and kids' pool in one place
The large pool measures 4.5 × 10 meters, with a depth that slopes from 0.50 to 1.5 meters, so adults can swim laps while small children play in the shallow edge.
The kids' pool is about 0.6–0.7 meters deep, with children's life jackets provided, so parents can watch their little ones with peace of mind.
Four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds. Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed. Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed. Bedroom 4 has two 7-foot beds and one 5-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 additional bathroom outside the house.
Every bathroom has a water heater, and each room has 1 hair dryer, which takes much of the morning rush out of a large group's day.
Karaoke, pool table and a ready-to-use kitchen
The indoor area has karaoke and a pool table, perfect for evenings when you want to stay together after getting out of the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with plates, bowls, cutlery, drinking glasses, a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, an electric kettle, a gas stove and a mortar and pestle, plus a grill for dinner.
Pets and parking
The villa welcomes dogs, at 300 baht for a small dog and 500 baht for a large dog.
Parking inside the villa fits 2–3 cars and outside fits 3–4 cars, plenty for groups arriving in several cars.
