The house is located at Na Jomtien Beach. The house states that it is only a 200 meter walk to reach the beachside atmosphere. So it's easy to plan a morning walk along the seaside. In the afternoon, come back to play in the pool. In the evening, return to the house and grill.
Not just close to the sea In the same alley, there is Tops Daily, about 15 meters away, and Tops Daily, Na Jomtien branch, Soi 4, about 20 meters away. When it comes to food and groceries, you don't have to use a car.
Pool 4 × 9 meters, sloped and large slide
The pool is 4 meters wide, 9 meters long, 130–160 cm deep. It is a sloping pool. The shallow part is suitable for older children. The deep section is suitable for adults who like to swim. The pool uses a chlorine system.
A large 14 meter long slide is a highlight of the house. And the house has rubber rafts and rubber rings for children to use for free. Including 3 children's life jackets.
Six bedrooms spread over three floors.
The 1st floor has two rooms. Room 1 has a 5-foot bed next to the pool. Room 2 has two 5-foot beds. The 2nd floor has rooms 3 to 5, and the 3rd floor has room 6 with two 6-foot beds.
Every room has its own bathroom. And there is 1 bathtub. No need to wait in line for the bathroom even if the group is as large as 25 people.
Kitchen, grill, and parking.
The kitchen has plates, bowls, glasses, microwave, kettle, complete kitchen equipment, BBQ grill and ice bucket. Ready for a big grilling meal The house has karaoke and a pool table for nights out.
Parking space for 2 cars in the house and another 3-4 cars within the project if many cars come together. You should agree to share the car before traveling.

Lung Sawai Seafood shop is about 320 meters away, Jomtien private beach land is about 390 meters away, Pharma pills shop is about 530 meters away, Pattaya Floating Market is about 860 meters away, and PT gas station is about 870 meters away.
Regarding noise, outside can be used until 10:00 p.m. Inside can be used all the time. But please close the door completely. Don't let loud noises come out outside.
