The standout feature rarely found in pool villas is the 8 × 12 metre volleyball court, ideal for team activities for company groups or friends who want to get moving during the day before jumping in the water.

The house is in the Jomtien Beach area, 2.4 kilometres from the sea.

Salt-water pool and jacuzzi back massage

The salt-water swimming pool is 3.5 metres wide and 12 metres long, 70 centimetres deep and sloping down to 140 centimetres. The shallow end suits children, while the deep end lets adults swim.

The in-water jacuzzi back-massage system helps you relax after sport, but guests who bring pets must never let them into the pool.

Five bedrooms

On the 1st floor, bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed. On the 2nd floor, bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed, bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed, and bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed and one 3-foot bed, while bedroom 5 is on the 2nd floor of the entrance building and has three 5-foot beds.

Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 more shared bathroom.

Kitchen and parking

The kitchen is fully equipped, with plates, bowls, glasses, an electric stove, a microwave, an electric kettle, an ice bucket, a mortar and pestle, and a blender. Charcoal is 40 baht per bag (100 baht for 3 bags), and ice is 50 baht per bag.

Parking fits 2 cars inside the property and another 7–8 cars in front of the house and in the estate.
