The house sits in the Ban Amphoe–Wat Yan area, 7.1 km from the sea, so it is not a villa you can walk down to the beach from, but it makes up for that with fully equipped indoor relaxation space. Essentials are not far away, with Pure Sunset Beach and restaurants in the nearby neighbourhood.
The quiet location makes it ideal for groups who want to stay in and have fun all day without needing to travel far.
Private pool and jacuzzi
The private swimming pool is 3 × 5 metres and 1.20 metres deep, just right for a cooling dip, with a massage jacuzzi to relax in after swimming.
There is a barbecue corner beside the pool, perfect for a relaxed dinner gathering.
Karaoke, slide and pool table
Entertainment is in full supply, with a YouTube karaoke system, a slide and a pool table, so the fun can be split across several corners and no one in a large group is left waiting.
Basic amenities are provided, including towels, shower gel and shampoo.
Three bedrooms, three bathrooms
Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed, one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot extra bed, with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed and two 3.5-foot beds, with an en-suite bathroom and a jacuzzi.
Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed, and there is one more shared bathroom in the central living room area.
Kitchen and parking
The kitchen is fully equipped, with pots, a pan, dishes, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket, so you can easily cook for yourselves.
Parking fits 1 car inside the house and another 3–4 cars outside.
