Convenient for pet owners

The house accepts pets for a fee of 300–500 baht, and in the same neighborhood is Better Pet animal clinic, about 360 meters away, extra peace of mind for owners bringing their furry friends to stay.

The swimming pool is 3 × 6 meters and 1.3 meters deep, and Jomtien Beach is about 2.6 km away, so you can drive to the sea for a swim and come back to rinse off in the pool on the same day.

Keep singing indoors after 22:00

Noise outside is allowed until 22:00, and inside the house all night, so groups who love long singing sessions just move indoors when the time comes.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket, an electric kettle, a basin, a spatula and a ladle, plus a 6-liter ice bucket.

Three bedrooms, and a bunk bed for the kids

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed, and Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed and one 3-foot bunk bed (2 tiers).

The house has 2 bathrooms. 2 children aged 7 stay free, and families with young kids can put them in the bunk bed in Room 3.

Parking and supplies near the house

There's parking for 1 car inside the property and 2 in front.

Tesco Lotus is about 350 meters away and a 7-Eleven about 380 meters away, so if you forget anything, it's a short trip to buy it.
