TIARA includes a free breakfast of your choice: either pork or chicken rice porridge in the morning, or bread with fruit juice delivered on the evening of check-in. This four-bedroom villa is in the Bang Saray area, about 2 kilometers from the sea, with an adult pool and a kids' pool in the same grounds.

Start the day with rice porridge, or bread and juice
The villa offers a free breakfast, and you can choose only one of the two options. Option 1 is a pork or chicken rice porridge set, served in the morning. Option 2 is bread and fruit juice, served on the evening of check-in.
The kitchen has a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, a rice cooker, an ice bucket and 2 electric stoves for anyone who wants to cook extra dishes.
Adult pool and kids' pool
The adult pool is 7 meters long, 4 meters wide and 140 cm deep, while the kids' pool is 60 cm deep and set apart as a space for little ones.
The villa is about 2 kilometers from the sea in the Bang Saray area, so the beach is a short drive away.
Four bedrooms, a TV in every room
Bedroom 1 is on the 1st floor with two 5-foot beds, while bedrooms 2 to 4 are on the 2nd floor: bedroom 2 has two 6-foot beds, bedroom 3 has two 5-foot beds, and bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed.
There is 1 extra mattress set. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, a TV in every bedroom, and air conditioning throughout the villa.
Common areas for relaxing
The villa's list of amenities includes karaoke and a pool table, for group activities while you're at the villa.
Inside you'll find an iron and ironing board, soap, shampoo, a hair dryer and bath towels, all provided.
Sound and audio equipment rules
Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00, and bringing your own musical instruments or sound equipment is not allowed.
Up to 3 children aged 8 and under stay free.
Shops and parking
Holland Grill Bang Saray is about 800 meters away, Bang Saray Market about 900 meters, and the 7-Eleven Bang Saray branch about 1 kilometer.
Parking for 6 cars within the villa grounds and another 6 in front. Ice, 10 kg, is 50 baht per bag and charcoal is 30 baht per bag, and both can be ordered until 20:00.
