The sea is close, and the pool is big

The house is about 100 meters from the sea, so you don't need to drive for a morning or evening walk on the beach. Back at the house, there's a 7 × 10 meter pool, 120–160 cm deep, to keep swimming.

Nisa Seafood restaurant is about 500 meters away, another option for dinner out.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom and TV

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds and can take 1 extra bed. Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed and can take 2 extra beds. Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and can take 1 extra bed, and bedroom 4 has a 5-foot bunk bed.

Every room has an en-suite bathroom and its own TV. The house has 5 bathrooms in total, so everyone can relax on their own without competing for space.

A kitchen with an oven

The kitchen has pans, pots, a rice cooker, plates, bowls, a spatula, cutlery, tongs, a microwave, glasses, dipping sauce bowls, knives, a cutting board, a mortar, a basin, an electric kettle, an oven, a ladle, a steamer and a toaster.

If you plan to barbecue, you can order charcoal at 50 baht a bag and ice at 60 baht a bag.

Noise, children, pets and parking

Loud noise outdoors is allowed until 22:00 at the latest, while indoors you can make noise all night with the doors closed.

Up to 3 children under 7 stay free. Dogs and cats under 5 kg are 300 baht each, and over 5 kg are 500 baht each. There's parking for 4 cars inside the property and 5 outside.
