Tabi Bito is a three-bedroom pool villa that sleeps up to 15 guests in the Ban Amphoe–Wat Yan area, 4 km from the sea. A large-group house with essentials nearby
The house is in the Ban Amphoe–Wat Yan area, 4 km from the sea, and sleeps up to 15 guests, ideal for large parties who want to stay all together. Roi Kan restaurant and a 7-Eleven are about a 200-metre walk away.
Having food and essentials close by means you don't have to pack much for a short trip.
Saltwater pool and slide
The 7 × 10 metre saltwater swimming pool is 1.6 metres deep, with colour-changing LED pool lights and a big 10-metre slide as the main fun of the house. There are fancy inner tubes and balls of various sizes to play with.
There are children's life jackets, a wooden soaking tub and pretty photo corners for capturing pictures.
Karaoke, pool table and disco lights
Inside the house there is a TV, karaoke, a pool table, disco lights and a Bluetooth speaker, so you can throw a small party indoors. There are 2 bicycles for riding around the village.
Air conditioning throughout the house, and there is a drinks fridge available for use (charged at product prices).
Three bedrooms, four bathrooms
Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two 5-foot beds. Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bunk bed and one 3.5-foot bed.
Every room has an en-suite bathroom, plus one more shared bathroom, making 4 bathrooms in total.
Thai kitchen and parking
The Thai kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas stove, a microwave, a rice cooker, a blender, a mortar and pestle, a steamer and an ice bucket, so you can comfortably cook for yourselves.
Parking fits 2 cars inside the house and 1 car in front.

Good to know before you stay
- Air conditioning throughout the house
- Up to 3 children aged 7 or under stay free (sharing with a parent).
- Loud outdoor sound is allowed until 00:00; after that you may continue indoors all night.
- Once booked, a reservation cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Once the booking transfer has been made, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The 3,000 baht house security deposit is returned on the day of departure if nothing in the house is damaged.
- Overstaying is fined 1,000 baht per hour in all cases.
- The children's play equipment is free to use for children aged 9 or under.
- Portable electric-vehicle battery chargers are not allowed, as they may cause electrical problems; violators forfeit the deposit in all cases.
- Please wash the kitchen equipment properly; if you prefer not to wash it yourself, there is a 1,000 baht service charge.
- Damage to items in the house is fined at actual cost.
- No food is allowed to be eaten in the pool.
- A punctured or burst inner tube is fined 700–1,500 baht.
- Pets are strictly not allowed in the pool or on the beds, fined 2,000 baht (please have pets wear nappies at all times).
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house; if detected, a 5,000 baht fine applies.
- Bringing narcotics into the house is strictly prohibited; in the event of a search, guests must take full responsibility for themselves and for any consequences to the house.
- Outside visitors are strictly not allowed into the property; if found, the deposit is forfeited in all cases.
- In the event of a power cut, water outage or internet problem caused by government agencies, private agencies or natural disasters beyond the house's control, the house cannot be held responsible for this, but will urgently coordinate to have it fixed.
- Walk-in payment at the house is not possible; booking transfer only.
- Only small dogs and cats are accepted, at a service charge of 300 baht each.
