A relaxation base from which you can drive to attractions in every direction
Terra House is in the Na Jomtien–Huai Yai area, 9 km from the sea. The house itself focuses on in-house relaxation, but the location has the advantage that you can drive to many places in a single day, including Jomtien Beach, Ban Amphoe Beach, Viharn Sien, Khao Chi Chan and Nong Nooch Garden.
Ideal for groups who want a quiet house as a base and then head out to explore attractions around Pattaya–Sattahip for whole days at a time.
A big pool with free unlimited water and electricity
The private pool is 4 × 7 metres and 1.3 metres deep, with 2 children's and 2 adults' life jackets provided.
The advantage of this house is unlimited free electricity, unlimited free tap water and free Wi-Fi, so a large group can run the air conditioning and play in the water with peace of mind, without worrying about the bill at the end.
Karaoke and pool table
The house has a smart TV, a YouTube karaoke system and a pool table for socialising together.
There is a water heater in every room, along with amenities such as a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and bin bags.
Three bedrooms, one beside the pool
Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed, with an en-suite bathroom and is right beside the pool, so you can wake up and jump straight into the water, while bedroom 2 has two 5-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed and uses a bathroom located outside in the hall area, sleeping 8–12 guests.
Kitchen and parking
The kitchen is fully equipped, with pots, a pan, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a steamer and an ice bucket, as well as wine glasses and a wine bucket for socialising.
Parking fits 1–2 cars inside the house and another 2 cars in front, but buses cannot park.
