Famingo: a three-bedroom villa with restaurants and a 7-Eleven just a few hundred metres away
For groups who do not want to drive far to shop or find something to eat, Famingo is close to both restaurants and convenience stores, while the villa itself has a pool, a slide and a karaoke room, all for 12–15 guests.

Close to food and supplies, no long drives
From the villa, it is about 170 metres on foot to the restaurant Roi Kan, Wat Yan, and about 230 metres to the 7-Eleven on Soi Wat Yan. Greta Farm is about 500 metres away, and Lotus's Go Fresh is about 1.6 kilometres away.
The villa is about 4.3 kilometres from the sea, on the side opposite Ban Amphur-Wat Yan Beach, so it suits trips that focus on swimming at the villa more than heading to the sea.
3 × 7 metre pool and slide
The pool measures 3 × 7 metres and is 1.5 metres deep, with a slide for children and adults to take turns on. The villa states that the slide supports no more than 100 kilograms, so riders should check their weight before using it.
There are 3 children's life jackets. If you need more, the villa has them, so please tell the housekeeper on the check-in day.
Three bedrooms, four TVs
The villa has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 more shared bathroom, making four bathrooms. There are 3 water heaters, covering every bedroom.
There are 4 TVs in total. The smart TV is in the karaoke room zone, while the other 3 rooms have ordinary TVs.
Karaoke, and the noise rules to know
The karaoke room uses a YouTube system with a wide choice of songs, and the pool table is another activity for those who want a friendly contest.
Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00, while indoor sound is allowed throughout. Please close the doors and keep the volume down.
Kitchen and housekeeper service
The kitchen is fully equipped, with plates, bowls, knives, pots, a gas stove, a rice cooker, a barbecue grill, a mortar and pestle, a blender, an ice bucket, a microwave and a refrigerator, but you need to bring your own seasonings.
For stays of 2 nights or more, there is no cleaning service fee, as it is the housekeeper's duty. If you would like the housekeeper to clean every day of your stay, please tell the housekeeper on the check-in day.
Parking and young children
The villa has parking for 2 cars inside, 2 cars in front, and several more in the estate's parking area, but buses cannot park.
Children under 7 years old stay free, up to 3 guests, so families bringing several children can plan more easily.
