The house is in the Ban Amphoe–Wat Yan area, 8 km from the sea, focused on staying in but close to several attractions: Nong Nooch Garden about 3.3 km away, Khao Chi Chan about 3.7 km, and Ban Amphoe Beach about 4.2 km.
Ideal for groups who want a quiet villa and then drop by the famous spots around South Pattaya.
Private pool and slide
The private swimming pool is 3 × 6 metres with a graded depth of 1.2–1.5 metres, with a slide for children and fun-lovers, and 4 children's life jackets.
There is a barbecue by the pool for setting up a dinner gathering.
Karaoke and pool table
Inside the house there is a smart TV in the central area and in bedrooms 2 and 3, a YouTube karaoke system and a pool table.
There is a water heater, and amenities are provided, including a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and bin bags.
Three bedrooms, four bathrooms
Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two 5-foot beds, with the bathroom outside the room and a bathtub.
Bedroom 3 has two 5-foot beds, with an en-suite bathroom beside the pool, and there is a shared bathroom in the pool area.
Kitchen and parking
The kitchen is fully equipped, with pots, a pan, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a steamer, an ice bucket, a barbecue, a shabu pot and wine glasses, but no seasonings are provided, so please bring your own.
Parking fits 1 car inside the house and 3–4 cars outside.
