A thoroughly equipped kitchen

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, beer glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an electric stove, an air fryer and an electric shabu-grill pot, so you can have a shabu dinner right at the house.

The 60 liter ice bucket is big enough to chill drinks for the whole group. Note that breakfast is not included; if you'd rather not cook, you can walk to Pornthip restaurant, about 100 meters from the house.

A 3 × 6 meter pool and play corners in the house

The swimming pool is 3 meters wide × 6 meters long and 130 cm deep, a size that's just right for a cooling soak during the day.

The house has a foosball table and an air hockey table for team matches after getting out of the pool.

Five bedrooms, bathrooms outside the rooms

Bedrooms 1 to 5 each have 1 bed (5 ft). The 3 bathrooms are outside the bedrooms, so everyone shares them; allow extra time for showers in the morning.

Children under 7 stay free, up to 3 children.

House rules to know before booking

This house does not accept party groups, and playing loud music is strictly prohibited. Outdoor noise is allowed until no later than 22:00, and loud noise at night from 22:00–06:00 is strictly prohibited.

Staying beyond the number of guests booked is not allowed. Extra people are not permitted even if they say they won't stay overnight and are only coming to sit and drink.

In addition, smoking inside the house is prohibited, and bringing drugs or anything illegal onto the property is prohibited.

Parking, pets and the way to the beach

There is parking for 2 cars on the property and 2 cars outside. The house accepts pets at 300–500 baht per pet per night, depending on the type and size of the animal.

Around the house are 7-Eleven, about 270 meters away, the beach access road at Bang Saen Soi 18, about 370 meters away, and SAVE DRUG pharmacy at Burapha University, about 460 meters away.
