Butter House is in the Na Jomtien–Huai Yai area, 8 km from the sea. It is a medium-sized house for 8–10 guests, and its highlight is that it welcomes pets, both dogs and cats.
The surroundings are also easy to drive to for sightseeing, including Jomtien Beach, Viharn Sien and Nong Nooch Garden.
A saltwater pool that is gentle on the skin
The private pool is a saltwater system, 4 × 6 metres and 1.3 metres deep, with a softer feel than a typical chlorine pool, and 2 children's and 2 adults' life jackets.
Electricity and tap water are free and unlimited, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the stay.
Foosball table and karaoke
The in-house play corner features a foosball table as its star, paired with a smart TV and a YouTube karaoke system.
Every room has a water heater, and basic amenities are fully provided throughout the stay.
Three bedrooms for a medium-sized group
Bedrooms 1 and 3 each have one 5-foot bed, while bedroom 2 has two 5-foot beds, sleeping 8–10 guests.
The first two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, plus one more shared bathroom in the hall.
Kitchen with a barbecue grill (bring your own seasonings)
The kitchen comes with a barbecue grill and a full set of cooking equipment, but no seasonings are provided, so please bring your own.

- Do not let pets chew the furniture.

- If a pet gets into the pool, there is a fine for a full water change, plus the cost of new water treatment.
