Private pool and a location near the sea
The private pool is 3.5 metres wide, 6.5 metres long and 1.2 metres deep, right next to the ground-floor bedroom, so you can swim conveniently from the moment you wake up.
The real highlight is the location just 150 metres from the sea—a few steps take you to the beach—plus convenience stores and a supermarket within walking distance.
Entertainment and barbecue
Inside there is karaoke and a common area for socialising; music is allowed outside until 22:00, after which it can continue indoors all night.
The villa throws in 1 bag of ice (8 kg) and 1 small bag of charcoal for your first barbecue.
Four bedrooms over two floors
The ground-floor bedroom next to the pool has a 3.5-foot bunk bed with an en-suite bathroom, another ground-floor room has a 6-foot bed, and upstairs there are two rooms—one with two 5-foot beds and one with a single 5-foot bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, charcoal barbecue grill, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker and an ice bucket.
