A large-group villa for families and pets

A place 2 is on the side opposite Ban Amphur-Wat Yan Beach, about 7.2 kilometres from the sea, and sleeps 20–25 guests, with parking for 15 cars inside the villa.

Not far away, there is the restaurant Nigiwai about 700 metres away and a 7-Eleven about 900 metres away.

Big pool, kids' pool and dogs that can swim

The big pool measures 4 × 8 metres and is 130 cm deep, with a separate kids' pool that is 80 cm deep.

What sets it apart from most villas is that dogs can swim. Up to 2 dogs or cats are welcome, 500 baht each, with no weight limit.

Six bedrooms, big beds in every room

Room 1 has one 6-foot bed, room 2 has two 5-foot beds, room 3 has two 6-foot beds, and room 4 has one 5-foot bed. All 4 rooms have an en-suite bathroom.

Room 5 has one 5-foot bed and room 6 has two 5-foot beds, sharing a bathroom. There is also 1 separate bathroom and 1 outdoor bathroom.

Putting green, board games and karaoke

The villa has board games and a putting green for when you do not feel like swimming, plus karaoke.

Loud noise outdoors is allowed until 22:00, and indoors throughout the night.

Kitchen and freebies

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster and a steamer, with a 25-kilogram ice bucket.

Freebies include soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, cotton wool and cotton buds, along with 5 bags of free charcoal and 20 kilograms of ice.
