From the house you can walk out to the sea within 150 meters. Along the way there is a 7-Eleven about 250 meters, Tomas Bar and Restaurant about 260 meters, Kasikorn Bank Jomtien 3 Pattaya about 270 meters and beach canvas beds about 300 meters.

Jomtien Medical Clinic is approximately 340 meters away, so this house is in an area where you can find food and supplies without having to rely on a car.

Adult pool, children's pool and spiral slide

The private swimming pool measures 5 × 8 meters. The adult pool is 100–145 cm. deep, while the children's pool is 65 cm. deep. Parents can sit and watch their children play in the water without needing to monitor them near them.

The highlight is the 13 meter long spiral slide for thrill seekers. Up to 3 children under 7 years old stay free when sharing a bed with their parents.

Karaoke with floating microphone

There is karaoke in the house with a floating microphone. TV with cable and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Use loud noise around the house until 10:00 p.m. After that, you can continue using the sound inside the house all night. By closing the door completely.

It is strictly forbidden to use audio equipment or speakers outside the house near the pool. So that all neighbors and guests can live together comfortably.

6 bedrooms, two floors

The 1st floor has 1 bedroom with a 6-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed, 2 bedrooms with a 6-foot bed and 3 bedrooms with a 5-foot bed. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms with 2 5-foot beds, 5 bedrooms with a 5-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed, and 6 bedrooms with a 6-foot bed.

Bedroom 6 does not have an en-suite bathroom. Must use the central bathroom on the 2nd floor. Water heaters are available in every bathroom. And there are hair dryers in every room.

Kitchen and parking for large groups

The kitchen has plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, a hot water boiler, a gas stove, a mortar and pestle, and a 200 liter ice bucket. A dishwasher is located in the kitchen outside the back of the house.

You can park 2 cars in the house and 4-5 cars in front of the house. Minibuses can park. Suitable for groups traveling in several vans.
