Saltwater pool and barbecue terrace
The highlight is the saltwater pool, 7 metres long and 3 metres wide, divided into an adult pool 6 metres long and 120 centimetres deep and a children's pool 1 metre long and 60 centimetres deep, so both children and adults in the family can swim.
Beside it is a barbecue terrace for gathering to dine outdoors; it is a home designed for group fun.
Karaoke room and lounge area
Inside there is a karaoke room where noise is allowed all night when the doors and windows are closed, plus a pool table to play on. Towels and two hairdryers are provided.
