A location near Bang Saray Beach
The house is in the Bang Saray Beach area, just 200 metres from the sea, with Nisa Seafood restaurant and Bang Saray Beach in the nearby neighbourhood, so you can easily walk out to catch the sea breeze.
With its beachfront location and capacity of up to 20, this house is ideal for large parties who want both the sea and a pool in one trip.
Adult pool, children's pool and rainbow slide
The chlorine swimming pool is 4 × 7 metres and 130 cm deep, separate from the children's pool of 60 cm, and there is a 7-metre rainbow slide, so adults and children each have their own place to play in the water.
There is a rinse-off area before the pool, 3 children's life jackets, and 4 bicycles to use free of charge.
Karaoke, pool table and a 65-inch smart TV
Inside the house there is a YouTube karaoke system, a pool table and a 65-inch smart TV, so a large group can have fun in several corners.
Amenities are provided, including shampoo, shower gel, bath towels, hair towels and 1 hair dryer.
Three bedrooms with extra mattresses
Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed, with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two 6-foot beds, with an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has two 5-foot beds (the bathroom is in front of the room), and can add another 2 extra mattresses in the bedroom and 4 in the hall, sleeping a large group of up to 20 guests.
Kitchen and parking
The kitchen is fully equipped, with pots, a pan, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a steamer, an ice bucket and ice coolers in both large and small sizes.
Parking fits 4–6 cars (2 inside the house and 3–4 in front).

Good to know before you stay
- Bedroom 3: two 5-foot beds, no en-suite bathroom (the bathroom is in front of the bedroom).
- No toaster or blender.
- No ice service.
- For stays of 2 nights or more, cleaning is provided every day free of charge, but bed linen, blankets and towels are not changed except for stays of 4 nights or more.
- Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00; indoors you may use sound all night with the doors and windows closed.
- Up to 2 small dogs welcome, 300 baht each.
