Party away, with no neighbors sharing a wall

The house states that it's a private house, not attached to any other house, where parties are allowed and noise is fine all night. Inside there's a 50-inch Smart TV with a karaoke sound system and 2 wireless mics.

There's a 7-foot pool table for taking turns at a shot while waiting to sing, air conditioning in every room, and a hair dryer, towels and liquid soap provided.

A private pool with a floating tray

The private swimming pool is 4 × 8 meters (width × length) and 120 centimeters deep, with a floating tray for setting drinks out in the middle of the pool.

The pool rules: no eating in the pool, and vomiting in the pool or breaking glass into it will be fined at actual cost.

Three bedrooms, two beds each

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are set up the same way, with one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there's 1 more separate bathroom, for 4 in total.

There are 3 extra mattress sets for groups coming at the full 16.

Kitchen, extra charges and house rules

The kitchen has cookware, plates, cutlery, glasses, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, an ice bucket, a grill, a steamer and 6 wine glasses.

Ice can be ordered at 50 baht per 5 kg bag, while charcoal you'll need to buy yourself in front of the property at 20 baht per bag. Electricity is free up to 100 units/night, with any excess charged at 7 baht per unit.

No smoking inside the house (e-cigarettes are allowed); if smoke is smelled, there's a 1,000 baht fine. There's a 500 baht dishwashing fee if you'd rather not wash up yourself, and a 500 baht cleaning fee if you'd rather not tidy up after eating. Towels stained with makeup or damaged are charged 500 baht, while stained bed sheets, pillowcases and blankets and any damaged items are charged at actual cost.

Parking and shops at the project entrance

Parking can hold more than 10 cars, so big groups driving separately have nothing to worry about.

Alangkarn restaurant is about 70 meters away, an ATM about 100 meters, CJ More (Ua Athorn Na Jomtien branch) about 230 meters, Lotus's Express Kheha Na Jomtien about 250 meters and an MP gas station about 400 meters.
