A large-group house in the Sattahip area
The house is in the Sattahip–Samae San area, 8.9 km from the sea, sleeping up to 15 guests and focused on in-house relaxation. AEON, a Tesco Lotus Sattahip branch and Montrio Coffee are all in the nearby neighbourhood.
The highlight of the location is the in-house parking for up to 5 cars, ideal for large parties who drive in several cars.
Private pool and slide
The private swimming pool is 3 × 6 metres and 130 cm deep, with life jackets provided and a slide for children and fun-lovers.
There is a barbecue by the pool for setting up a dinner gathering.
Karaoke and pool table
Inside the house there is a smart TV, a YouTube karaoke system and a pool table, with a water heater in every room.
Amenities are provided, including shampoo, shower gel, bath towels and hair towels.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms
Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed, with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed.
The second bathroom is in the middle between bedrooms 2 and 3.
Kitchen and parking
The kitchen has the main equipment, including pots, a pan, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket and a barbecue, together with a large 55-litre ice cooler and a small one.
Parking fits 5 cars inside the house; if there are more than 5 cars, they park in the overflow parking.
