Whale, Star, Dolphin, Shark: twelve sea-themed rooms

The bedrooms here have names instead of numbers. Bedroom 1 is Whale, with a 5-foot bed; Bedroom 2 is Star; Bedroom 3 is Dolphin; Bedroom 4 is Shark, with two 3.5-foot beds; and so on up to Bedroom 12, Stingray. Kids will have fun picking rooms by name.

The Coral, Crab, Shell and Stingray rooms pair a 5-foot bed with a 3.5-foot bed. The Sailboat room has two 3.5-foot beds, the Squid room has a bunk bed (a 5-foot bed with a 3-foot bed), and the Hammerhead and Mermaid rooms have 5-foot beds. Every room with listed details has an en-suite bathroom. For the Star and Dolphin rooms, the house details don't yet specify the bed type, so ask before dividing up rooms.

Outdoor poolside karaoke

The 4 × 8 meter pool has a sloping floor 70–150 cm deep, with a clear difference between the shallow and deep ends. Beside the pool is where the house's outdoor karaoke is set up.

The house details give two different noise times. One says noise is allowed until 24:00, after which please keep the volume down; another says noise is allowed until 23:00 because the karaoke is outdoors. Go by 23:00 to be safe and check with the team.

350 meters from the sea, with banks and shops nearby

The house is in the Jomtien Beach area, about 350 meters from the sea. Nearby are a Siam Commercial Bank (Jomtien branch) about 56 meters away, Krua Thai Lanna about 110 meters away, and Fresh Mart about 160 meters away.

There's parking for 10 cars outside and bus parking in front of the house. The hosts describe it as resort-style rooms with no guest lounge, so groups who want a big living room to gather in should know this before booking.

Kitchen and services during your stay

Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a steamer and an ice bucket. Charcoal can be ordered at 50 baht per kilogram, and ice at 70 baht a bag.

For stays of 3 nights or more, bed sheets and towels are changed free of charge. For stays shorter than 3 nights, only the garbage bags are changed. Please wash the dishes before checking out; if you don't, the house charges a dishwashing fee of 500–1,000 baht depending on the amount.
