Mama pool villa Private sits opposite Na Jomtien–Huai Yai Beach, about 6 kilometres from the sea, so it is not a walk-to-the-beach house. Instead it is designed to keep every activity within one compound, ideal for groups of friends or large families who want to be together from the first dip in the pool to the karaoke.

A home designed for socialising within one compound
This house is opposite Na Jomtien–Huai Yai Beach, but the shore is about 6 kilometres away, so it is not a house you can walk down to the sea from. The upside is that you don't have to plan trips back and forth and can spend the whole day at the house.
The house holds 12 guests and up to 15, with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and comes with karaoke and a pool table for socialising without having to go anywhere.
Indoor saltwater pool with a jacuzzi
The highlight is the private indoor pool inside the house. It is a saltwater system with a jacuzzi, measuring 3.5 × 6 metres and 1.3 metres deep, so you can swim comfortably without worrying about sun or rain.
Because it is an indoor pool the atmosphere is private, but please note that no life jackets are provided. If you bring small children to swim, please bring your own flotation gear.
All four bedrooms are upstairs
All 4 bedrooms are upstairs, with no bedroom on the ground floor. The first two have one 5-foot bed each, another has two 5-foot beds, and the last has a 6-foot sliding bed. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
Every room has a water heater and a hair dryer, plus basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, soap and tissues.
Kitchen and barbecue corner
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with pots, pans, dishes, a rice cooker, a microwave, a grill and wine glasses, plus a 50-litre ice bucket.
Please bring your own seasonings and ingredients, then you can start cooking right away.
Karaoke, pool table and household items
The living room has a smart TV and YouTube karaoke, while the pool table is there for friendly games in your free time, so evenings at the house always have something to do together.
For longer stays of 2 nights or more, there is a towel change and living-room cleaning service.

- Do not open the doors or take speakers outside after the set time, to prevent complaints from the neighbours.

- Big cleaning for guests staying 3 nights or more, free of charge.
