Mama pool villa Exclusive is a large-group villa opposite Na Jomtien–Huai Yai Beach, about 6 kilometres from the sea. Its highlights are the indoor saltwater pool with jacuzzi and the indoor socialising space, ideal for a trip with friends or family who want to spend the whole day together.

A private space for a large-group trip
Exclusive is another house in the Mama pool villa group, located opposite Na Jomtien–Huai Yai Beach, about 6 kilometres from the sea, focused on relaxing at the house rather than strolling along the shore.
It holds 12 guests and up to 15, with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Having more bathrooms than bedrooms means that in the morning, when everyone wakes up at once, there is no long wait for a turn.
Swim in the indoor pool in any weather
The swimming pool is indoors inside the house. It is a saltwater system with a jacuzzi, measuring 3.5 × 6 metres and 1.3 metres deep, so you can swim both day and night without being held up by sun or rain.
Please note that the house has no life jackets. If small children go into the pool, parents should keep a close watch and bring their own flotation aids.
Bedrooms and household items
There are 4 bedrooms: two with a 5-foot bed, one with two 5-foot beds, and one with a 6-foot sliding bed. Every room has a water heater.
Household items include towels, shampoo, soap, tissues, rubbish bags and 2 hair dryers.
Kitchen, karaoke and pool table
The living room has a smart TV and YouTube karaoke, while the pool table keeps the fun going, so evenings at the house are never dull.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including a grill and a 50-litre ice bucket, but please bring your own seasonings and ingredients.
Barbecue meals and essentials near the house
You can order extra ice, charcoal and drinking water within the set hours; a som tam shop and a convenience store are within walking distance of the house.
For stays of 2 nights or more, there is a towel change and living-room cleaning service.

- Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00. After that you may continue indoors all night, with the doors kept closed.
- Do not open the doors or take speakers outside after the set time, to prevent complaints from the neighbours.
- Up to 2 children aged 7 or under stay free (sharing with parents).
- Big cleaning for guests staying 3 nights or more, free of charge.
- Dogs and cats welcome at 500 THB per night each · no pets in the water · no pets on the beds · do not let pets chew the furniture.
