Emmarin Villa Pattaya: three buildings plus a recreation building, for events that need a dozen bedrooms
This is no ordinary holiday home but a compound split into buildings A, B and C, with a recreation building. It has 14 bedrooms and as many as 13 jacuzzi tubs, ideal for family reunions, company events or groups of friends who want both privacy and a place where everyone can come together.

Three buildings, one gathering ground
Emmarin Villa is opposite Na Jomtien–Huai Yai Beach, 9.1 kilometres from the sea, so everything is designed to happen within the grounds. Building A has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 285 sq m of space and karaoke. Building B has 2 bedrooms and 64 sq m. Building C has 8 bedrooms and 46.5 sq m.
Separate buildings let a large group arrange rooms clearly by family or sub-group, yet everyone can still meet by the pool within a few steps.
A long pool and a kids' pool zone
The pool is 6 metres wide and 20 metres long, with the depth graded from 90 to 140 cm, so there is a shallow end for children and a deeper end for adults, plus a separate kids' pool zone.
Room A1 is right beside the pool and room A2 overlooks it. Guests who want to step out of their door straight into the pool should choose these two rooms.
Bedrooms, nearly all with a jacuzzi
Every room has a 6-ft bed and an en-suite bathroom. In building A, three rooms have a tub and one does not. Buildings B and C have jacuzzi tubs in the rooms, 13 tubs in total. Extra guests are accommodated on 3.5-ft mattresses, and children under 3 stay free, up to 3 children.
Every bedroom has a water heater and a smart TV, so each sub-group has a private world of its own after the shared activities.
The recreation building, the heart of the trip
The recreation building has 6 dining tables with 30 seats, a board-game room, a pool table, karaoke, 2 TVs and a Nintendo game console. The karaoke has 2 microphones and 2 stations. The recreation building uses a ready-made program and YouTube, while building A searches songs via YouTube.
The team cleans inside the recreation building, collects rubbish and refills drinking water and tissues, so large groups need not worry about housework during their activities.
Kitchen and amenities
The kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove, a large gas BBQ grill, a 3.8-litre rice cooker, a 26 cm steamer, a 150-litre ice bin, and plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses for 30 guests. Ice is free on the first day of your stay, with 2 bottles of drinking water per room per day. Amenities include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, shower gel, toothbrushes, toothpaste, tissues and rubbish bags.

Good to know before you stay
- Building A has 4 rooms with 6-ft beds and en-suite bathrooms; 3 rooms have a tub and one room does not
- Room A4 has no jacuzzi tub (1 bedroom). The other 13 bedrooms have jacuzzi tubs
- No seasonings provided
- No life jackets provided
- Drinking water is not sold; you can order it from an ice shop
- Loud noise outdoors is allowed until 22:00
- Sound may continue only inside the recreation building, at a normal level, until 00:00. Please keep the door closed at all times to reduce noise reaching outside
- No charcoal is sold, as a large (gas) BBQ grill is used
- Cleaning, sweeping, mopping and rubbish removal for all bedrooms as a package, service fee 3,000 baht per time
- If you bring in outside musical instruments or a band, there is a venue fee of 10,000 baht per night. This is allowed only inside the recreation building, not outdoors, because neighbours may call the police
- Pets up to 20 kg are accepted at 1,500 baht per pet per night · cats not accepted
