A house for time spent at home

Lisa pool villa is opposite Krathing Lai Beach, 5.5 kilometres from the sea, so this is not a beach-stroll trip but one for groups who want a long table by the pool. The house sleeps 12–15 guests and has a 4 × 7 metre pool, 130 cm deep, and a 6-metre slide.

Nearby are Nong Pla Lai Subdistrict Municipality about 210 metres away and Yam Rot Thip restaurant about 400 metres away.

A pool and bedrooms that open onto the water

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are poolside: open the door and you are at the water. They suit adults who want a morning dip, and children on the slide are easy to keep in sight. The house has 3 child life jackets and 3 adult life jackets.

Bedrooms and bathrooms: what to know before assigning rooms

Bedroom 1 has a 6-ft bed and a 3-and-a-half-ft bunk bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 6-ft bed. All three rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 has a 6-ft bed and a 3-and-a-half-ft bunk bed but no bathroom of its own; it uses the 1 shared bathroom in the kitchen, which has a shower.

None of the bathrooms has a bathtub, so anyone who wants a soak should know in advance. There are water heaters and amenities: a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and rubbish bags.

A party at home: singing and grilling

The living room has a 65-inch smart TV and YouTube Premium karaoke. The house has a barbecue grill, a mookata stove and a shabu pot, so a large group can choose its dinner style. Ice is free, 2 sacks, plus 2 packs of 600 ml drinking water. Please bring your own seasonings.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, and indoors all night.

Kitchen and parking

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a steamer, an ice bin and wine glasses. Parking is available for 3 cars inside and 4 cars outside, but coaches cannot park. For stays of more than 3 nights, a house-cleaning service is provided.
