A location where you can walk to the beach

The house sits on a 250-square-wah plot about 300 meters from Yinyom Beach, 600 meters from Dongtan Beach, 1 km from Jomtien Beach and 1.5 km from Pattaya Beach. If you want a different beach every morning, you can, with 2 bicycles to ride wherever you like.

Pattaya Park water park is 400 meters away, the Pratumnak Hill viewpoint 900 meters, and Bali Hai Pier 1 km. There are as many as 10 famous cafés within 1 km, such as The Sky Gallery, The Chocolate Factory, 3 Mermaids, The Forest By the Sky, Lunar By the Beach and The Oxygen Beach Front Oasis.

A deep pool for confident swimmers

The 3 × 7 meter pool is 150–190 cm deep throughout, so it suits adults who can swim better than young children who just want to splash.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, after which you can continue indoors until midnight with the doors firmly closed. Inside there's a YouTube karaoke system and 1 Smart TV in the living room.

Four bedrooms sleeping exactly 12 guests

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds and sleeps 4. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed and sleep 2 per room. All three rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Bedroom 4 is on the second floor with two 6-foot beds and sleeps 4, but it has no en-suite, so you'll go downstairs to use the shared bathroom. This house cannot take extra guests, with a maximum of 12 guests only.

Essentials for a multi-night stay

The house has a washing machine, water heaters, free Wi-Fi, towels, soap, shampoo and hair dryers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a BBQ grill and an 80-liter ice bucket, but you should bring your own seasonings.
