A small pool for soaking, not for swimming
The pool is 2.4 × 3 meters (width × length) and 120 centimeters deep, better for a cooling soak than for swimming laps.
This house has no children's pool and no children's life jackets. Those bringing young kids should bring their own flotation gear and always have an adult watching by the pool.
Karaoke, and noise hours
The living room has 1 Smart TV and YouTube karaoke. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, after which you can move inside and carry on until 2 a.m. (02:00).
Amenities include a water heater in every bathroom, 2 hair dryers (one per room), towels for every guest, shampoo, shower gel, tissues and trash bags.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom (no bathtub). Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and uses the shared bathroom.
Longer stays come with cleaning
2-night bookings have no cleaning service, and 3-night bookings get 1 free cleaning. For bookings of 4 nights or more, the house states that cleaning is provided every 2 times; it's best to confirm the exact schedule with the admin before your stay.
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, shot glasses, wine glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket and a grill. Dish soap and a scouring pad are provided. Please bring your own seasonings.
Ice is 70 baht per bag (10 kilograms per bag), or 80 baht per bag if ordered after 18:00. Charcoal is 40 baht per bag.
Parking, and essentials around the house
There's parking for 1 car inside the house and 1 in front. Buses can't park in front of the house, but they can stop at the front of the project to drop guests off and then find parking elsewhere.
