Seven identical bedrooms

Downstairs are Bedrooms 1 and 2, and upstairs are Bedrooms 3 to 7. Every room has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, so pairing up for rooms is instant, with no need to decide who gets the better room. The guest lounge has 1 more separate bathroom.

Every room has a water heater, and the house provides a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags. 5 children under 12 can stay free.

Stay several nights and the house stays clean

At this house, stays of more than 1 night come with daily cleaning, perfect for long trips where you don't want things piling up until the day you leave.

The guest lounge has 1 smart TV and YouTube karaoke, plus a water cooler with free drinking water. Outside, noise is allowed until 22.00, while indoors it's allowed until 23.00.

A 1.5-meter-deep pool and a barbecue corner

The pool is 4 meters wide, 6 meters long and 1.5 meters deep. If anyone in your group isn't a strong swimmer, the house has life jackets available; please request them in advance.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster and a barbecue grill, along with an ice bucket, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.

Charcoal and ice can be ordered from the hosts until midnight: charcoal at 3 bags for 100 baht, a small cooler of ice for 50 baht, and a large cooler for 150 baht (10 kilograms).

Parking and what's near the house

There's parking for 2 cars inside the property; extra cars can park in the village parking area, and there's room for 1 bus, so groups in a chartered bus don't need to park far away.

Around the house are Krua Lung Sawai 2 about 460 meters away, the 7-Eleven Seven Sea Na Jomtien branch about 550 meters, Tops Daily about 650 meters, and Bangkok Bank about 700 meters.
