Close to the sea, with essentials not far away
The villa is 350 meters from the sea, so a walk to the beach in the morning or evening is easy. Nearby are Rimini restaurant, about 85 meters away, FamilyMart, about 135 meters away, and Tops Daily, about 160 meters away.
With shops this close, you don't need to pack much. Forgot something? Just walk over and buy it.
An adult pool, kids' pool, slide and jacuzzi
The pool measures 4 × 10 meters, with the adult pool 140 centimeters deep and the kids' pool 80 centimeters deep, separate zones so small children and adults can each enjoy the water in their own way.
The villa has a slide, and a jacuzzi for a relaxing soak, ideal for adults who want to sit back after the kids have had their fun in the water.
Five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom
Bedrooms 1, 2, 4 and 5 each have one 6-foot bed, while bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, plus 1 shared bathroom.
With a bathroom in every room, there's no queuing in the morning, and the shared bathroom is handy when you come out of the pool.
A kitchen and fun corners for the group
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket and a dishwasher, so cleaning up after a big meal is quick.
Inside are karaoke and a pool table, along with a grill.
