Two houses that split the group neatly

House 1 has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, and Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed; these two rooms share a connecting en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed, a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom.

House 2 contains Bedrooms 4 to 6, each with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, ideal for a second family or another group of adults to stay separately. Bedrooms 1 and 2, with their connecting bathroom, suit parents and children who want to stay close.

A 10-meter pool with a slide

The pool measures 4 × 10 meters and is 130 cm deep, long enough to swim back and forth. The house says it now has a slide, a spot that older kids and playful adults love.

The house is 7 km from the sea, so this is a trip where you'll spend most of your time at the house. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22.00; after that, move indoors and carry on with the doors properly closed.

A kitchen ready for big meals

Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket, so you can steam food or blend cold drinks for the whole group. If you need more ice or charcoal, you can order it from the house.

A Saturday morning market near the house

If you stay on a Friday night, on Saturday morning you can walk to the Chak Ngaeo Saturday market, about 437 meters away, for breakfast. The 7-Eleven at Ban Chak Ngaeo is about 680 meters away, and the Huai Yai Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, Ban Sak Ngaeo, is about 679 meters away.

There is parking for 4–6 cars outside the house, so arrange your cars to fit the space.
